Eligibility for Exchanges
Eligible Items: We accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging intact.
Timeframe: Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Process
UK/US/CAN
To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at +971564236316 or at support@mariambukhari.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
However, please be advised that it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the return shipment alongwith its cost that shall be borne by the customer as well. Exchange shall only be authorized and initiated once the requisite exchange Article is received at the designated shippers address.
Exchanges are subject to approval based on item availability and compliance with our eligibility criteria.
Exchange Options
Size Exchange: Size exchanges may take extra time to cater, so please make sure to order the right size before ordering. If you need any help regarding sizing, you may refer to our size charts or may contact us on +971564236316 or at support@mariambukhari.com for further support or customizations, as may be needed
Color or Style Exchange: You may exchange an item for another color or style of equal or lesser value, only if there is a defect. Slight variation of color will not be considered for exchange.
Exchange Only: We do not offer refunds except for special or unusual cases of complete defect in Articles from the Shipper. Exchanges are for items of equal or lesser value. If the new item costs less, we will issue store credit for the price difference.
Return Shipping
Shipping Costs: Customers from UK/US/CAN are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us for exchanges.
Shipping Methods: We are using trackable shipping services but do not honor any shipping insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
Condition of Returned Items
Condition Requirements: Returned items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items not meeting these criteria will not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Processing
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the exchange within 15-20 business days.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange has been processed and shipped.
Exceptions
Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for exchange. Please check the product description before purchasing.
